    November 8, 2023 - Cork. 13% alc.
Golden appearance. Honeyed, fruit sweet, lychee, melon. Good depth on the palate. Finishes dry and a little short. The next day it seemed to be more balanced and open and quite food friendly.

April 20, 2015 - I think this is my first real quality Alsace Pinot Gris and I love it. Not sure how these age but after 7 years this is probably à point for me. Some gentle honey notes, very complex, fruity, vibrant, yet delicate. Whiffs of lychee, pineapple, lime, grapefruit. Quite tropical but in a tight, unobtrusive way, and with great acidity as only the French do. Then at times it seems rich and has weight. This is very moreish - I keep wanting another sip. Really looking forward to this with a very mild Indian fish curry...

    January 31, 2015 - Intense gold.
    Honeyed fruity nose.
Honeyed and fruity in the mouth, earthy, fungal mid palate, complex, delicious and very moreish, quite long.

    December 18, 2012 - Attractive nose.
Fruity grapefruit attack, dry and light, well-balanced.

February 17, 2012 - Aromas of lychee and fresh green pear. On the palate, it followed with pear, apple, hints of grapefruit and minerals. Sounds fruity but it wasn't a fruit bomb. It was delicately balanced and had a nice structure carrying the wine through to a fine finish.
