February 5, 2015 - MASTER ESAGONALE FRANCIA; 1/14/2015-7/30/2015 (HOTEL WESTIN PALACE MILANO): Degustato alla cieca. Arancione corallo molto limpido.
Verniciato ed etereo, come ci si addice a un vino fortificato.
Fichi caramellati, uvetta e albicocche secche. Croccante al miele, tipo torrone e sherry. Balsamicità resinosa.
In bocca ha una veste glicerica e vellutata. Miele amaro di castagne.
L' acidità conclusiva è quasi caustica e lascia spazio a note più morbide di liquirizia e pasta di mandorle.
