November 6, 2013 - Mild spritz from some secondary fermentation. Underlying wine was sappy, almost too sweet to drink. Not sure if a good bottle would have been able to cover that up with savory complexity or not. But, probably not.
October 9, 2013 - Great match with Boeuf bourguignon
September 22, 2013 - One of my fav pizza wine
March 8, 2013 - Felt slightly off compared to previous experiences
February 25, 2013 - Not as good as the 2010, and needs a good hour decant before drinking.
July 20, 2012 - Very velvety and fresh with lots of fruits
