July 20, 2013 - Gorgeous golden colour, bouquet is full of buttery, nutty (walnut, almond) notes with loads of apple. Palate is rich and round, though heavily oaked (to the point where one might sense a burnt oak note), with a long lingering finish. Tannins are supple and acidity is perfect. Overall a lovely wine for a special occasion. Bring some big food, buttery seafood to the table. We had it with dungeness crab!

September 23, 2012 - Nice pear and citrus...for the money a bit on the acidic side. Much better with food

November 22, 2010 - Lots of apple and pear fruit. Good straightforward Chardonnay with little malolactic butteriness. Good balance. Simple but well made, but not much oak and butter if that's what you like. Good fine wine--went really well with a sweet-and-sour swordfish.
