  February 4, 2011 - Stellar wine! Varietally correct as the nose gives off spice, stone fruit, and the impression of being in an English garden. Pale yellow, almost platinum in the glass. Light bodied, with balanced acidity on the palate. Honey, lemon, and green apple dominate leading into a finish that is more citrus than anything else, but the green apple (particularly the peel) comes through as does more spice. If you want a domestic Gewurtz I don't see how you can do much better than this. An excellent expression of the grape, and a wine I will seek, and buy when I can!

  December 4, 2010 - Varietal correct in all elements. Peachy/lychee nose, the same on the front palate backed by some white pepper. A little light on the finish. Perfect density- not too syrupy. There was a sweetness element in there somewhere but this was decidedly dry. Nice wine, good QPR at $12. Good paring with spicy chicken tacos. Will purchase again.
