August 20, 2021 - Interesting bottle. Opened a bit harsh and tannic even at the 90 minute mark. By the three hour mark this had evolved to reveal jammy strawberry and raspberry with a hint of sweetness on a long finish. Very tasty but I do not expect this to improve.

March 28, 2021 - 醒酒一小时。甜的，咖啡，巧克力味道。气味和口中差不多，但是气味跟吸引人。微热，没啥涩劲。两小时后，fade away. 没啥after taste.
第二次，一开始就是，explosive的气味，非常好。丰富的，甜，香，oak并不让人讨厌。气味95分。口中大约两小时后，顺了。和气味一致，但没有那么好，而且有heat。
December 25, 2020 - A lot of life in this B2K beauty. Still refined and well balanced. Deep garnet and purple hues open to a subtle nose of black fruit. Decanting 1 hr revealed Plenty of life left as this opens up to rich but balanced flavors of earth, dark fruits, and dried herbs.
Wish I had more.

November 22, 2017 - Fantastic Cabernet and a great vintage. Dark fruit, leather, tobacco, good structure but VERY balanced. Great value for the quality and the price.
December 13, 2016 - Acker BYO Holiday Dinner (Tribeca Grille): Coming on the heels of a Bordeaux this was more of the almost extracted Napa fruit wine. It's not over the top though and comes across as more fun and a bit like the child in me who just likes a bit of that jammy flavor. A touch of heat on the aftertaste, but suspect that would blow off with a decant.
August 7, 2015 - Wow-what a difference time makes. Complex dark fruits create a wine with a wonderful long finish that changes it's flavor profile across the palate. My bottle actually could have used a couple more years of aging!
November 26, 2014 - Wow... will be simply amazing in a few years. This was silky smooth... especially for being so young. Tor did a great job with this one.. as usual.
