June 17, 2022 - Intense orchard fruits. Good line and build. There's lemon and a touch of butter. It finishes with chalky dry extract and plenty of mineral.

January 6, 2018 - I have been a huge fan of Failla for who knows how long. I decided to pop this after the Melville while watching The Force Awakens shortly after returning from The Last Jedi. I decided that a Failla was in order since Ehren Jordan, owner and Winemaker at Failla is a bit of a Jedi Wine Warrior. This straight up gets a Whoa on the nose with luscious lemon curd, vanillin, and goodness. Still great fruit close to a decade out with a bright lemon tartness, vanilla, and toasted oak. Whoa. 93. thedrunkencyclist.com

November 14, 2016 - Beautiful nose of pineapple, baked brioche, pancake batter, nice mouth feel, likely higher in alcohol. moderate finish. Delicious wine.

January 21, 2011 - Napa Valley Golden Ticket Weekend (Elysian Hotel - Chicago, IL): Loved this juice. Ripe and lush. Apples both yellow and green. Great depth and layered nuts and burnt caramel.
