January 14, 2022 - 2019 Visit to Cromwell (Central Otago, NZ): Less kerosene on the profound bouquet. Mineral, lemony and floral with apricots and pears. I preferred this “cooler”, more mineral Riesling expression. More power and cut. Seemingly, racier acidity and more persistent minerality to match the residual sugar. Long.

November 7, 2021 - Wiesenkamille, Feuerstein, Kräuter, subtile Zitrusnoten; am Gaumen klarer, fein akzentuierter Wein, gute Balance zwischen Säure, Frucht und Mineralik; gute Länge, lecker.

June 22, 2020 - The drink-by dates on CT end in 2020, but this btl is still so primary. On the nose:.pure tarragon, lime oil, mint..so fresh. On the palate, lovely acidity...strike that, pitch perfect acidity, cucumber, lime, tarragon, amazing density and such a savory finish. This is fantaaastic.

August 25, 2018 - The nose was initially a bit closed, showing later on ripe yellow fruit aromas. Medium bodied, dry, perfectly balanced, good acidic structure, showing nice yellow stone fruit flavors.

March 31, 2015 - Very fruity nose. On the palate green fruit, minerals and acidity. Too much acidity for me.
With that wine on the table you cannot do anything wrong, but on the other hand it is nothing special.

Compared to Toni Jost´s Hahn GG no chance for this Haag GG.
    Drink until 2017
