May 21, 2012 - Very good. Gentle, floral, mineral wine with the slightest hint of sweetness. Tastes like a riesling and gewurztraminer blend (in reality there are about 5 grapes in this). Citrus and peach/apricot notes. Touch of spice on the finish. Lovely.

December 5, 2011 - Favors are too subtle
November 27, 2011 - Needed ~1-2 hours corked bottle breathing in the fridge to open up. Nice chalky minerality, citrus, melon and grapefruit, quite obvious riesling acidity. The texture is not as creamy as last years and the fruit is not as clear as in the 2008 and the honey is missing, therefore the minerality is more obvious and the acidity is more precise. The riesling/muscat/pinot gris fraction seems to be stronger than the sylvaner/gewürztraminer fraction this year. Still a very good wine, just a little more dry and mineralic.
October 22, 2011 - Robe de couleur: Jaune-verdâtre pâle; Bouquet: Pétrole, minéral, orange, citron, cire abeille, Acidité présente; Corsé; Arômes en bouche: Mineral, petrol, orange, citron, Vif, nez comme la bouche, bon épicier
October 4, 2011 - This had some charm, with creamy citrus fruits and some more exotic notes, but the whole package was somewhat soft, muted, and bland. Wouldn't kick this out of bed, but I don't seek out more either.
September 14, 2011 - Pale white with lemon on the palette. Really not to my liking. Will return/exchange my other bottle.
