December 25, 2022 - Bouquet of black cherry and cola, wet leather and deep red fruit with some eucalyptus. Flavors of dark cherry, dark chocolate, spicy, earthy, fine dry tannins. High acidity, long finish of star anise and graphite. May be a bit past prime. Putting out for decanting and re-tasting.

August 1, 2021 - Had a bottle last night. Agree with all the previous comments. Amazing wine. Voluptuous. Every fruit and spice contained within it. Had a the taste of Cabernet but finished like a Shiraz - spicy. Great wine that will last a long time year for sure.

August 2, 2020 - I was looking for an exuberant wine for dinner and this one definitely delivered! Full of red berries and spices, mixed with eucalyptus. Fresh and not "heavy" at all on the palate. Still quite young, I'm sure this will continue to develop over the next 5-7 years...just for fun, I'll try to wait for 2030 to open my last bottle. Love the fact this is under screw cap.

June 11, 2020 - After second sip I thought that this is one of the best wines I have ever had. Color is black as night with ruby rim. Smell of creme de cassis with hints of coffe and lead pencil.
Opulence, intensity and concentration of the flavour is just phenomenal as the equilibrum of tannins, fruit sweetness and acidity.
This is mixture of cabernet sauvignon ( 51%) and shiraz (49%) but tastes like benchmark matured cabernet sauvignon from Napa or South Australia. It is hard to imagine to drink clearly better dry red wine than this. Aftertase is dry, long with slighty hgher acidity but satisfying.
Great, great wine.
