  May 5, 2018 - Leaky cork but wine was fine. Dark inky reddish , some brown. Took a couple hours to open up but then drank very nicely. There is a denseness to the wine without being thick . Dark berries and a nice minerality. Tasty. Past its prime but still good drinking.

  Some people love these dense ripe young wines - I find them a bit impenetrable, and that isn't pleasurable. Perhaps it will turn into something more delicious, but I fear the alcohol burn on the finish.
  
  14% ABV. Sealed with cork.

  April 13, 2014 - Excellent wine! Still full of fruits. Ripe berries. Really well balanced. Somewhat long in mouth. Joyful!!

  March 6, 2014 - Full bodied. Dark cherry and plums. Herbal element. Medium finish, drying chunky tannins. Nice wine once it given time to open up.

  Notas tostadas da Madeira e fruta bem presente. Este e um excelente vinho. Muito ao estilo de anos anteriores um vinho elástico que se adapta a vários tipos de comida. Fruta madura, taninos suaves e um excelente aroma em nariz. Uma compra que deve ser repetida.
