  December 25, 2016 - Just stunning. A 16 year old Aussie Shiraz doing what it is supposed to do, age gracefully with full body and texture available for the senses. Smooth as silk. Regret it is the last. But it made Christmas even better!

  April 23, 2011 - Beautiful well balanced fruit bomb with lots of plum, black currant and raspberry. Light tannins with nice finish was a perfect pairing for the braised lamb, goat cheese mashed potatoes and warm tomatoe spinach side.

  November 3, 2007 - I sadly popped open my last last bottle of this gem tonight. Still dark with a slightly aged caramel note on a more complex nose of black cherries, spices, cedar, and a hint of black olives. The palate is smooth with more blackcherries and cedar with low acidity and a long clean finish. Perfect with grilled organic steaks. I would start drinking this wine now as it is at its peak, IMO. 93 points.
