September 2, 2018 - Lovely nose of cassis, black currants, pepper, mint, and a whiff of toasty vainillin. Silky and gracious on the palate with enough nerve to highlight its amplitude. Drying finish that makes you go for another sip. Fresh and full of life at 10 years of age.

August 18, 2018 - Drank over 2 days. Night in the fridge. Best on day 2. Needs air. Deep dark black/purple'ish color. Dark berries, black currant, black berry. Dense and quite powerfull. Good balance. Medium to long finish. Always a good performance for this producere.

January 28, 2018 - Nice deep purple, open nose of black berries, perfect balance and medium to full body, tannins well resolved. Good long finish, drinking perfectly.

December 19, 2017 - 1 hr decant. Paired with fried chicken and mashed potatoes. Cherry, soil and mint to the nose. Sharp black fruit, spicy tannins and smoky leather to the palate. Still big and has a little bit of time left. Solidly in its window but no need to rush on this one.

February 5, 2017 - Full on and full bodied. Dense and deep. I recognise the quality, but it is a style not to my taste, having a little too much of everything - tannins, fruit, intensity and alcohol (though it wears it well.)
