  September 13, 2015 - Very elegant and acidity was relatively low/smooth. Became better with some air. Lovely wine.

  February 4, 2015 - Plenty of earth & barnyard funk on both nose and mouth. Tannins fully integrated. There is still some aged red cherries and raspberries though the fruit intensity is starting to fade. Still decent amount of acidity though the wine is on its way down.

  September 10, 2013 - Surprisingly looking older than the previous bottle drank a few months ago with a medium intensity garnet. The nose and palate is also more developed with more earthy and mushroom notes though strawberries and sour cherries are still present. Lovely acidity and with a decently long length.

  March 25, 2013 - Pinot Noir from Grand Cru sites
  Light, clear ruby in the glass. Strawberries and cherries nose with hints of soil and barnyard funk. Acidic, dry, light bodied, mild - moderate tannins. Fresh red fruits, mushroom and earth on the palate. Moderate length. Food friendly wine which will pair well with chicken and even seafood eg salmon.
