Thursday, August 12, 2021 - Auction bottle, tried my luck. Bubbles almost gone, so drank more like a Frizzante than Champagne and reminded me of a Dom Perignon from the early 80ies. The aromas were to die for though. Not oxidative but beautiful nose of honey, caranellized sugar, pear, and a touch of nuts, dried herbs de provence, ginger. Wonderful. 96+
