  Nose: banana, popcorn, citrus, white flower, peach, caramel
  Notes: excellent mineralities in the palate and the nose is relatively steely. Drank in a vertical flight of 2008-2011. This is more fresh and perhaps more cold in terms of its palate. I feel we can still wait a bit before consuming this. Given this condition I think it will need another few years to get to its peak drinking window. My last sip of the wine, which means 2.5 hours after opening, the wine began to evolve into a similar nose as 2008 and I would think that eventually when the 2011 is ready and mature it could be quite similar to the 2008.

  Matured lemon, subtle hints of petrol and licorice and some green elements but they are rather elegant in the way of fresh cut grass, exotic herbs and with an overtone of eucalyptus. Oily structure with lots of freshness. Delicate oak and nutty finish.
