Well developed, floral and perfumed aromas in the direction of Sauvignon Blanc. Some toast comes in addition. Light, tight and quite tart for an Aligoté. High class, though.

In one flight I have tasted, thanks to Loek, the Aligoté '11, the Bourgogne Blance '11, the Meursault '09 and the Puligny Les Enseignères '11 and that is quite an experience! The aligoté had lots of acidity and needs a couple of years to come round, and I think the wine will do; at the moment the wine shows purity.

Another awesome bottle. This has to be the best Aligote on the market. Even in an off vintage like 2011, this is smoking!
