  It tastes like a normal regular wine instead of a sauterne wine. Quite semi dry, scent and flavour of nettle. Not super complex quite waterish. Light green body and maybe a very smal taste of honey in the background. Its hard to compare this one with other more fruity sautern wines, but if you want to have a dry sautern wine this one is good.
