Served by the glass. A fine red wine "quite Lebanese", both on the nose where the Mediterranean concept is concentrated, and in the mouth when it is soft and with some elegance. A relatively new winery that deserves more attention in the ever rustic Bandol. Right now it’s calling for a dish of owed lamb with honey and rosemary and thyme.

Raisin and smoky fruit. Funny, lots of pleasure in the glass right now. And then they are on the old soil. Kinda darn delicious right now.
