Saturday, August 27, 2022 - Very delightful nose with earth, iodine, iron, raw meat and several herbal notes. Very complex. On the palate a tight structure and not much fruit, but yet very pleasant. Good balance of acidity and a nice long finish. Love this wine. On the second day still fully alive and slightly more fruitiness on the palate but shorter in the finish. This is great stuff. This is the NSG style I love. 93-94P
