Wednesday, November 9, 2022 - I found this wine to show very differently depending on the glass. I tried it side by side in a Grassl Cru (ie Burgundy stem) and a Grassl 1885 (ie flat bottomed Bordeaux stem). In the former, it was floral, feminine and Pinot Noir-esque (fitting for the stem). In the latter, it was more meaty and gamey, showcasing its more masculine side.
