Friday, November 11, 2022 - Not overly complex but really well balanced despite fairly high extraction and surprising blackberry and black cherry sweet fruit flavor impressions with our Mexican pork and beef covered nachos. Softly tannic, spicy, and a hit of mocha, seems squarely in drinking window.
