Saturday, November 12, 2022 - Definitely evolved quite a bit over the past two and a half or so years. Still some cherry and cherry cola, but now there’s a lot of mushroom, Forest floor, and umami. Light bodied, medium finish. Really quite nice, even though I typically prefer Athena.
