Sunday, November 13, 2022 - yellow straw colour, fine bubbles. medium intensity nose with notes of apple, lemon zest a little bit of vanilla and wet stone.
in the mouth a fine mousse on the notes of a gentle mandarine, fresh, mineral but unfortunately also some bitterness.
good length with prevalence of sapid and mineral notes
