Wednesday, April 15, 2009 - A simple, solid white wine...perfect for a casual seafood dinner. Served with blackened Mahi Mahi covered in a pineapple salsa. A lovely pairing. The wine is not sweet or creamy/buttery. Lemony, but without being too light. A good white for red wine lovers.
