Sunday, December 4, 2022 - Nice qpr. Healthy acid, flavor, and verve. Fizzy, a bit much for me but it worked with the crunchy fried chicken and creamy mac and cheese (fancy, I know). Not super elegant or delineated palate but enjoyable with food nonetheless. One more bottle and will try on its own or with less fatty food in search of more precision.
