Tuesday, December 27, 2022 - This wine is unreal - among the longest finishes I've ever had of any wine - big fruit, great structure, tannins in tact as well but very smooth - slow ox for 4 hours - 2 hour decant and it evolved big time over this period. For sure this wine can hold for even longer but wow, for a special event, like Christmas Dinner - we opened it.
