Wednesday, January 4, 2023 - From half. Recently shipped.
Dark orange colour, almost burnt orange.
Rich orange marmalade with wonderful fresh acid.
Amazingly complex orange marmalade and related flavours. Quite intense yet light on its feet. Excellent acid holding but not dominating. Great length. Drinking well and will do so for maybe 20 years. And this from the half…
