Wednesday, May 3, 2023 - Flinty, smokey (rock dust) nose once aired, orange blossom nutty elements coming through also accompany bergamot, clove, tangerine pith, good intensity.

Palate is ripping lime zest, red apple skin and high acidity, electric. Wet stones, brioche as it warms. Finish lacking.
