Thursday, May 11, 2023 - Muted scents of peach and wet stone. Broad and generous on the midpalate with deep creamy flavors of ripe green melon, citrus rind, flint and saline. Finishes with abundant oak notes that just avoid being obtrusive and fat. Not sure if time will benefit as there seems a lack of acidic backbone here
