Monday, May 15, 2023 - Not quite ready. Great impact and balance, quite delicious at first, but the tannin caught up with me after a little while. I found that it was not so good with food as the tannin was so prominent, but I did enjoy it on its own. I guess that quite a few years might be needed, Just as well the corks are excellent.
