Tuesday, May 23, 2023 - Toasted hazelnuts, cream, ripe peach, baking spice on subued and broad nose
F body, m acidity, brioche, nectarine, needs some verve to buttress the full richness, though finish is pleasingly mineral lime zest, m length.

Restrained and precocious now - would need to try in 2-3 yrs once things mesh
