Friday, June 2, 2023 - Powerful, assertive flavors, with a slightly charred edge - not burnt - in the spirit of the crust of a well grilled steak. Dark and mid red fruits, with a hint of pomegranate bitterness, very satisfying.
Paired nicely with a bolognese sauce over strozzapretti.
