Monday, June 19, 2023 - Don’t expect your typical rose. We started with this chilled and gradually let it warm up. It just continues to develop in the glass. Complex and layers of flavor. Heavier than a typical rosé. Expressive nose of red cherry, strawberry, melon and then something herbal that I can’t put my finger on. Held up very well with charcuterie.
