Tuesday, July 25, 2023 - Killed a baby! I had 3 bottle blind for a customer and when done we wanted one more, so I pulled this, decanted for 5 minutes (not ideal). I am very vocal I like SQN at 10 years of age min, but keep openig these young as this is a crowd pleaser. This was very primary. This needs time. But typical SQN, massive dark fruits, chocolate, strawberry, big hit of espresso. This wine will be insane after 2028, wait if you can. But SQN is somewhat approacable young and I do get why people lose thier minds over these. The people who tasted it loved it, I liked where it is and know it will be better with time
