Saturday, August 12, 2023 - Double decanted a few hours before taking as BYO to a restaurant. Still tight but showing restrained fruit and some sous bois at first. Big structure to this. Over dinner it opened up more as expected later with more fruit, stoniness, and herbality. Never really open in the true sense, very good but tight and holding back. Did I say structured? Two more bottles and I may not open another for 10 years, 5 years minimum. 4- (out of 5) with very good potential.
