Saturday, July 29, 2023 - Brief notes only: Not decanted (but should have given it 1-2h). Sour cherry and raspberry fruit. Smoked bacon, forest floor. Sumptuous with fresh acidity. Lots of depth, but definitely needs 2-3 more years to soften the edges.
