Friday, September 1, 2023 - Over the hill. This wine is on the downward slope. Pinnacle on the nose. Deep yellow straw color. A bit sweet. After 30 minutes of air a nose of raisins and stewed fruit developed. I don’t think it’s flawed, I think it’s past its prime.
