Friday, September 8, 2023 - Well, I guess I failed to let this last bottle hang around for too much longer. This was popped and poured at a restaurant. I felt this really hit its stride around 90 minutes after opening. Delicious.

My recollection was that the aromatics on this bottle really started to show with some time (though this was almost two months ago, so take that with a grain of salt). It also could be a serving temp issue, though I think the bottle was somewhere in the cellar temp ballpark.
At any rate, looks like the only 2018 I have left are the Eyrie bottling.
