Wednesday, May 20, 2009 - Occasional tasting group: Just training our blind tasting skills. (@ PVa): Beautiful complex Pauillac bouquet with ripe black cassis, luxurious oak, cedar, liquorice and a little lead pencil. All beautifully integrated. The wine is at its peak now, but there is enough power in the tannin to keep it a few more years. Great experience!
