Friday, November 3, 2023 - This is still in perfect shape, the CT drinking window need adjustment. End of young era, entering in a balanced maturity, this is good, still buttery nose and light color. The acidity is in great place, I liked this as it is in a good phase. Enjoy from now when you wish for at least 5 yrs
