Thursday, November 23, 2023 - Thanksgiving wine. Was wonderful with the traditional Thanksgiving dinner. From magnum. Popped and let breathe for 2 hours before dinner. Snuck a snip at opening. Cherry, candy apple and earth tones as well. Tannins well integrated and smooth at this point. Was consistent throughout the evening. This is ready now.
