Sunday, December 3, 2023 - Amazed at the development of this wine. Last time I tried one of these (2018) the acid was so prominent that, even after being open for 24 hours, l tipped most of it down the sink.
It’s now a pretty reasonable drop and my dinner companions were certainly appreciative of it last night.
