Friday, December 8, 2023 - PnP coravin. Excellent. Not as dry as I remember it, and so not in the Musar or Tondonia vein. If anything, it reminds me of a fully mature 30 year old high end Riesling. Delicious and probably deserving an even higher score after airation or more years.
