Monday, December 25, 2023 - Drank over four days. Pours a deep straw. It’s all lemon curd, fresh white flowers, and sea salt. The salinity - much to my delight - is absolutely exceptional. This will clearly gain some depth and density in the years ahead to take it to the next level but as far as the precent is concerned it’s on point for those who enjoy young Chablis.
