Saturday, December 16, 2023 - No detailed notes taken. Company’s Christmas dinner. This was the standout among the red wines. Dark red and black fruit notes with earthy notes complexity. Palate is focused with intense fruit flavours and corresponding acidity. Long. Just beginning to approach drinking window. I would give it another 10 year or more to reach its peak.
