Friday, December 22, 2023 - Medium gold colour. Nose starts out with notable oak and palate is disjointed. However, the wine pulls itself together in about 15 minutes. Nose show ripe yellow apple, but the oak never goes away completely. Palate is intense with long finish. The oak also does not go away completely, but is acceptable.
