Saturday, December 30, 2023 - Spectacular. Deep ruby, almost opaque. It’s much darker and more full bodied than many Pinot’s, but a great example of the Silver Eagle vineyard. Dark cherry, cranberry, roasted mushroom. Enjoy now with a short decant or hold.
