Friday, January 5, 2024 - This was opened at the Goldener Hirsch restaurant in Deer Valley. It was notable for notes of light petrol, lemon oil and pungent minerals followed by bright, incisive acidity with loads of concentration. 90% of the way to a Keller GG was my comment. This was detailed and truly excellent
