Friday, January 12, 2024 - Stood Up for a day (which wasn't enough) and double decanted at 10am. A fair amount of very fine sediment I wish had settled more and some heavier sediment I was able to decant off.
This was drunk next to the '90 (which is a bit off) and the '04 which were so very similar. Very good Showing maybe at peak?
